All IALS students we went to ZOO, With the teacher Earl and Russ. We had a good time we can know more spices or kind of animals that we never been before in our life.
I knew the Elephants. Giraffe, Zebra, hippopotamus, rhino.Was very good experience for us due to some of my partner never been went to zoo in our countries like me.

First of all, we went to visited the butterfly.

Todos los estudiantes de IALS grupo fueimos al zoologico, con los teacher Earl y Russell. Tuvimos un bien tiempo y sobre todo pudimos conoser mas especies o tipos de animales que nunca hebiamos visto antes en nuestras vidas.
Yo conoci el elefante, girafa,Cebra,hipopotamo, y el rhinoseronte. Fue una buena experiencia para nosotros porque algunos de mis companeros nunca habian ido al zoologico en nuestros paises como yo.

Primero que todo fuemos al mariposario y luego.

PERUVIAN FESTIVAL

We were the volunteer in Peruvian Festival

The Peruvian people celebrated a race and festival in the old town of Helotes on June 6Th. The IALS group were volunteers in this event, whose aim was to give help to many people in Peru that were earthquake victims. They were trying to raise money for this reason. The Race Marathon began at 9:00am, and at 10:00 all the participants met and prizes were distributed to the winners.

Then the activities and games began. There were darts, singers, and dancers. At
11:30 the people enjoyed a picnic of typical Peruvian food.When was at 11:30 am, or at 12:oo pm, some IALS students returned to home to due We were tired.

Estuvimos dee voluntarios en el Festival Peruano

La gente Peruana celebro un festiva y ala vez un maraton en el viejo pueblo de Helotes , el 6 de Junio. El grupo IALS fue voluntario en este evento, quenes dan ayuda a muchas personas del Peru victimas del terremoto.Ellos realisaron esto para obtener dinero por esa razon. El maraton comenso a las 9:00am, y a las 10:00 am, todos los participantes se reunieron y se repartieron muchos premios alos mejores.

Despues comensaron las actividades y los juegos. hubo cantantes, comida, baile, y juegos artificiales.A las 11:30, las personas disfrutaron de la comida tipica del Peru. Cuando fueron las When 11:30 am, o las 12:oo pm, Algunas de los estudiantes de regresarons a los apartamento porque estaban cansados.

ILAS PRESENTACION CULTURAL

Interlocking Culture of Ecuador, Bolivia, Peru and Colombia.

This presentation was held on Saturday night on May 23th.

Location: Palo Alto College (Cafeteria), was a very special day for all the group about us IALS, as always we were very nervous about this event, as a project esra whole group of students, we were doing was making.

We were the hosts and we were asustaditos, but not a bit more, start and finish anciosa as soon as possible. To make all the preparations, food arrangements, sink, essays, and other things we lasted nearly two months.

In the end everything came out well although we had an occasional fallita, the rest came out excellent. The audience loved the food, drink, dance and cultural presentations and South American tourist of us students.

Esta presentacion se llevo acabo el dia Sabado 23 de Mayo.

Lugar: Palo Alto College ( Cafeteria), Fue un dia muy especial para todos nostros los del grupo IALS, como siempre estabamos muy nerviosos con este evento; ya que esra un proyecto de todo el grupo de estudiantes, que estabamos realizando estabarealizando.

Eramos los anfitriones y estabamos asustaditos, pero un poquito no mas, anciosos de empezar y terminar lo mas pronto posible. Para realizar todo los preparativos, arreglos comida, tarjes, ensayos, y otras cosas; duramos casi dos meses.

Al final todo salio bien aunque tubimos una que otra fallita, lo demas salio exelente. A la audiencia les esncanto la cxomida, bebida, bailes y las presentaciones culturales y turisticas de nosotros Estudiantes Sudamericanos.

Tuvimos la oportunidad de presentar el proyecto una vez mas a todos los que no estuvieron presente en la primera, al principio todos estavamos nerviosos , porque nosabiamos que nos esperabamos pero al final todo salio como queriamos Bien.

Amazon Adventure

Tourism in the Amazon is very important for people living in communities in the Amazon jungle, yaque they are engaged in agriculture and livestock to sustain their homes, we juvenes cone and future entrepreneurs of our countries, we have decided to a project in the depths of the jungle, this peritira economic development, cultutal, educational, ecological and healthy for the indigenous communities living in this beautiful place.

With the project we concientisar, educate and above all to work with communities to a good sustainable development in the area. The day we presented the project estubieron important people IALS program on scholarship, they were our audience.

Aventura en la Amazonia

El turismo en la Amazonia es muy importante para las personas que habitan en las comunidades, dentro de la jungla amazonica, yaque ellos se dedican a la agricultura y ganaderia para sustentar sus hogares, nosotros cono juvenes y futuros empresarios de nuestros paises, hemos decidido establecer un proyecto en las profundidades de la selva, esto peritira el desarrollo economico, cultutal, educativo, ecologico y saludable , para las comunidades indigenas que habitan en este hermoso lugar.

Con el proyecto queremos concientisar, educar y sobre todo trabajar con las comunidades para un buen desarrollo sostenible en la zona. El dia que presentamos dicho proyecto estubieron personas importantes del Progarma de becas IALS, que fueron nuestra audiencia ellos son:

PARADE # 2 AND VOLUNTEER RECYCLING

In the second parade was held Saturday April 25th, at where we had the opportunity to participate, as always IALS students were present and ready to go with others studentsInternational: France, Brazil, Livia, Ecuador, Bolivia, Peru , Colombia etc.

We who was happy to meet new people and share with them a few moments, tamoarnos pictures and talk a little about what we like, that day we found a fellow from Ecuador who belongs to the Exchange, International High School, and we are delighted to know we're not the only ones in this country.

En el segundo desfile se llevo acabo el Sabado 25 de Abril en donde tuvimos la oportunidad de participar, como siempre los estudiante IALS estabamos presente y listo para acompañar al resto de los estudiantes Internacionales de: Francia,Brazil,Livia,Ecuador,Bolivia, Peru, Colombia etc.

Nosotros quienes estabamos contentos por conocer nuevas personas y compartir con ellos unos momentos, tamoarnos fotos y hablar un poco de lo que nos gusta, ese dia encontramos una compatriota de Ecuador que pertenece al grupo de Intercambio, High School Internacional, y nos alegramos mucho al saber que no somos los unicos en este pais.

Volunteer (Recycling)

After finishing the tour with the flags of the countries present here, I stay in practice hours by recycling, helping to select the organic waste, and inorganic, in order to keep track on the holiday that had been made at that time.

I was accompanied by Mariela Barba from Bolivia, and Gabriel , Fernando from Ecuador, we had also to make mask for children because it is a Texan tradition, and that in this country apénd give much attention to children and we are glad that in my case I have many nephews and I were treated and pleased encantariaque well as the children of those American communities.

Voluntariado (Reciclaje)

Despues de finalizar el recorrido con las Banderas de los Paises alli presente, me quede realizando horas practicas en reciclaje, ayudando a seleccionar los desechos organicos, e inorganitos, para que se lleve un control en las festividad que se habia realizado en ese momento.

Estuve acompanada de Marielita Barba de Bolivia y Gabrie, Fernando de Ecuador, tuvimos tambien que hacer mascara para los ninos ya que es una tradicion Texana, y apendimos que en este pais le dan muchas atenciones a los ninos y eso nos alegra, en mi caso tengo muchos sobrinos y me encantariaque fueran tratados y complacidos asi como los ninos de esas comunidades Norteamericana.

Parade Fiesta San Antonio-Texas

Hello we are back with a new experience in San Antonio Texas, this time we were present at the parades of the city, last Friday April 24th. It was a very tiring day because it rained and it was very hot at the same time, a tremendous solace, as we say in Ecuador.

But that was not pretext for us to have some fun, we walk, laugh we cry, we were very, very pleased with the parade, at least if you are happy for me that is almost similar to those made in Ecuador.

Hola nos encontarmos de nuevo con una nueva experiencia en San Antono Texas, esta vez estuvimos presente en el Desfiles de la ciudad, el pasado Viernes 24 de Abril. Fue un dia muy agotador ya que llovia y hacia mucho calor a la vez, un tremendo solazo, como decimos en Ecuador.

Pero eso no fue pretesto para que nosotros nos diviertieramos un rato, paseamos, reimos gritamos, quedamos muy pero muy encantados con el desfime, al menos yo si esta contenta por que es casi similar a los que se realizan en el Ecuador.

Voluntariado en el PacFast ( Palo Alto Collegue)

On April 23th, we have another experience and this time was at College, where we are currently receiving classes, was anxious to see for the first time the festivals of the institution, and for me it was a surprise since there were so many people.

We were watching the pickers to choose the recyclable waste and solid waste, I like to be helping in the cleanup, our Coordinator Dennis helped make recycling and above all not very grateful for a little help control waste and place them in one place insurance, so everything is clean at the party.

We also realized that many of the people who were there, learned a little about what sedebe and should not be recycled, so that sushogares do the same and can avoid some pollution.

Voluntariado en el PacFast ( Palo Alto Collegue)

El 23 de Abril tuvimos otra experiencia y esta vez fue en el Collegue en donde estamos recibiendo las clases actualmente, estaba ansiosa de ver por primera vez las fiestas de la institucion, y para mi fue una sorpresa ya que habia muchisima gente.

Estuvimos vigilando los recolectores de desechos para escoger los reciclable y los desechos solidos, me gusta estar ayudando en la limpieza, Dennis nuestra cordinadora de reciclaje nos ayudo mucho y sobre todo no agradecio mucho por ayudarles a controlar un poco los desechos y colocarlos en un lugar seguro, para que todo este limpio en la fienta.

Tambien nos dimos cuenta que muchas de las personas que estaban alli, aprendio un poco sobre lo que sedebe y no se debe reciclar, para que en sushogares hagan lo mismo y puedan evitar un poco la contaminacion.
