In the second parade was held Saturday April 25th, at where we had the opportunity to participate, as always IALS students were present and ready to go with others studentsInternational: France, Brazil, Livia, Ecuador, Bolivia, Peru , Colombia etc.

We who was happy to meet new people and share with them a few moments, tamoarnos pictures and talk a little about what we like, that day we found a fellow from Ecuador who belongs to the Exchange, International High School, and we are delighted to know we're not the only ones in this country.

En el segundo desfile se llevo acabo el Sabado 25 de Abril en donde tuvimos la oportunidad de participar, como siempre los estudiante IALS estabamos presente y listo para acompañar al resto de los estudiantes Internacionales de: Francia,Brazil,Livia,Ecuador,Bolivia, Peru, Colombia etc.

Nosotros quienes estabamos contentos por conocer nuevas personas y compartir con ellos unos momentos, tamoarnos fotos y hablar un poco de lo que nos gusta, ese dia encontramos una compatriota de Ecuador que pertenece al grupo de Intercambio, High School Internacional, y nos alegramos mucho al saber que no somos los unicos en este pais.

Volunteer (Recycling)

After finishing the tour with the flags of the countries present here, I stay in practice hours by recycling, helping to select the organic waste, and inorganic, in order to keep track on the holiday that had been made at that time.

I was accompanied by Mariela Barba from Bolivia, and Gabriel , Fernando from Ecuador, we had also to make mask for children because it is a Texan tradition, and that in this country apénd give much attention to children and we are glad that in my case I have many nephews and I were treated and pleased encantariaque well as the children of those American communities.

Despues de finalizar el recorrido con las Banderas de los Paises alli presente, me quede realizando horas practicas en reciclaje, ayudando a seleccionar los desechos organicos, e inorganitos, para que se lleve un control en las festividad que se habia realizado en ese momento.

Estuve acompanada de Marielita Barba de Bolivia y Gabrie, Fernando de Ecuador, tuvimos tambien que hacer mascara para los ninos ya que es una tradicion Texana, y apendimos que en este pais le dan muchas atenciones a los ninos y eso nos alegra, en mi caso tengo muchos sobrinos y me encantariaque fueran tratados y complacidos asi como los ninos de esas comunidades Norteamericana.

Parade Fiesta San Antonio-Texas

Hello we are back with a new experience in San Antonio Texas, this time we were present at the parades of the city, last Friday April 24th. It was a very tiring day because it rained and it was very hot at the same time, a tremendous solace, as we say in Ecuador.

But that was not pretext for us to have some fun, we walk, laugh we cry, we were very, very pleased with the parade, at least if you are happy for me that is almost similar to those made in Ecuador.

Hola nos encontarmos de nuevo con una nueva experiencia en San Antono Texas, esta vez estuvimos presente en el Desfiles de la ciudad, el pasado Viernes 24 de Abril. Fue un dia muy agotador ya que llovia y hacia mucho calor a la vez, un tremendo solazo, como decimos en Ecuador.

Pero eso no fue pretesto para que nosotros nos diviertieramos un rato, paseamos, reimos gritamos, quedamos muy pero muy encantados con el desfime, al menos yo si esta contenta por que es casi similar a los que se realizan en el Ecuador.

Voluntariado en el PacFast ( Palo Alto Collegue)

On April 23th, we have another experience and this time was at College, where we are currently receiving classes, was anxious to see for the first time the festivals of the institution, and for me it was a surprise since there were so many people.

We were watching the pickers to choose the recyclable waste and solid waste, I like to be helping in the cleanup, our Coordinator Dennis helped make recycling and above all not very grateful for a little help control waste and place them in one place insurance, so everything is clean at the party.

We also realized that many of the people who were there, learned a little about what sedebe and should not be recycled, so that sushogares do the same and can avoid some pollution.

Voluntariado en el PacFast ( Palo Alto Collegue)

El 23 de Abril tuvimos otra experiencia y esta vez fue en el Collegue en donde estamos recibiendo las clases actualmente, estaba ansiosa de ver por primera vez las fiestas de la institucion, y para mi fue una sorpresa ya que habia muchisima gente.

Estuvimos vigilando los recolectores de desechos para escoger los reciclable y los desechos solidos, me gusta estar ayudando en la limpieza, Dennis nuestra cordinadora de reciclaje nos ayudo mucho y sobre todo no agradecio mucho por ayudarles a controlar un poco los desechos y colocarlos en un lugar seguro, para que todo este limpio en la fienta.

Tambien nos dimos cuenta que muchas de las personas que estaban alli, aprendio un poco sobre lo que sedebe y no se debe reciclar, para que en sushogares hagan lo mismo y puedan evitar un poco la contaminacion.
